Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Heluva Global Media LLC, 1001 S Main St, Ste 600, Kalispell, MT 59901, USA (“Privasto”, “we”). They cover the website privasto.com and the service at app.privasto.com. By creating an account you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
1. The service
Privasto sells two things, paid from the same balance.
Phone numbers that receive SMS verification codes, for testing and for verifying accounts you are entitled to create.
- A temporary number is held for you for up to 20 minutes and receives one SMS.
- A rental number is reserved for you for the period shown when you rent it and receives the SMS sent to it during that period.
- The list shows whether a number is VoIP (an internet number) or non-VoIP (a number on a mobile operator’s SIM card).
- Numbers are reused. After your order or rental ends, someone else may get the same number. Do not use a number for an account you will need to recover by phone after that.
- We do not promise that a particular website or app accepts a particular number, or that an SMS arrives. When none arrives for a temporary number, you are not charged (see the Refund Policy).
Proxy plans: access to our proxy network, sold as an amount of traffic or a number of IP addresses for a fixed period.
- What a plan includes (traffic or IP addresses, locations, period) is shown before you buy.
- A plan ends when its period ends. Traffic left at the end of the period expires.
- IP addresses are shared with other customers over time and may change. We do not promise that a particular website accepts a particular IP address, or a particular speed or uptime.
- Your proxy credentials are for your own use. Do not share them or resell access.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must give a real email address and confirm it before you can add funds or buy.
- You are responsible for what happens in your account. Keep your password to yourself.
3. Balance and payments
- You pay in advance by adding funds to your balance, in US dollars. Card and Alipay payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
- Your balance can only be spent on the service. It cannot be withdrawn, transferred to another account, or exchanged for cash.
- Prices are shown before you buy and can change at any time. The price of an order is the price shown when you place it.
- You may have up to 3 numbers open at the same time.
4. Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these terms. In short: no fake or bulk accounts, no spam, no fraud, no attacks on any system, no illegal content, and nothing that breaks the law or the terms of the website or app you use the service with.
5. Suspension
We may suspend or close an account, or disable a number or proxy plan, that breaks these terms, that is involved in a payment dispute or chargeback, or that puts the service or other customers at risk. We may refuse any order. When we close an account or disable a plan for breaking these terms, its remaining balance or plan is not refunded, unless the law requires it.
6. No warranty
The service is provided “as is”. Numbers and IP addresses are carried by third-party telecom and network operators that we do not control. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranty that the service is uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
7. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or lost data, or for the loss or blocking of an account you created or used with a number or proxy from us.
8. Changes
We may change these terms. The new terms apply from the date shown at the top. If you keep using the service after that date, you accept them.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, USA. Disputes are decided by the courts of the State of Montana, unless the law where you live gives you the right to another court.
