Privasto is operated by Heluva Global Media LLC, 1001 S Main St, Ste 600, Kalispell, MT 59901, USA, which is responsible for the data described here. This policy says what we keep about you and why.
1. What we keep

We do not ask for your name, your address, or an identity document.
Proxy traffic. Traffic you send through a proxy does not pass through our own servers, and we do not record its content. The network operators that carry it may keep connection records (time, destination, amount of data) to run the network and to investigate abuse.
2. Cookies
The website privasto.com sets no cookies. The app at app.privasto.com sets one cookie, which keeps you logged in. We use no advertising or tracking cookies and no analytics scripts.
3. Who receives data
We do not sell your data. It is processed for us by:

The telecom operators that provide numbers receive the service and country you chose. The network operators that carry proxy traffic receive the traffic you send. Neither receives your email address or other account details.
We disclose data when the law requires it.
4. How long
- Account data: while your account exists.
- Orders, with the SMS they received: while your account exists. They are your order history.
- Balance and payment records: for as long as accounting and tax law requires, also after the account is closed.
5. Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete your account. Write to support@privasto.com from the email address of the account. We answer within 30 days. Balance and payment records that the law requires us to keep are kept after the account is deleted.
If you live in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
6. Age
The service is for people aged 18 or over.
7. Changes
When this policy changes, the new version is published here with a new date.
