Acceptable Use Policy

Effective: October 8, 2026

This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to every number and proxy plan bought from Privasto, operated by Heluva Global Media LLC. Breaking it can end your account without a refund (Terms, section 5).

1. Everything we sell

You must not use the service:

to create fake accounts or accounts in bulk;
to send spam, or to deceive or defraud anyone;
to harass, threaten or impersonate anyone;
to break the terms of the website or app you use it with;
for anything that is illegal where you are, where we are, or where the number or IP address is located.

2. Numbers

You must not use a number:

to verify accounts with banks, payment services, cryptocurrency exchanges or government services;
to receive codes for an account that belongs to someone else.

3. Proxies

You must not send through our proxies:

attacks of any kind, including denial of service, port scanning, brute-force logins and credential stuffing;
access to any system, account or data without the owner’s permission;
spam or bulk email;
malware, phishing, or traffic meant to hide the origin of an attack;
child sexual abuse material or any other illegal content;
ad fraud, click fraud or fake engagement;
infringement of copyright or other rights.

You must not resell, share or sublicense proxy access without our written permission.

4. Reports

Report abuse to support@privasto.com. We may disable a number or proxy plan while we look into a report, and we cooperate with authorities where the law requires it.
