Refund Policy
Effective: October 8, 2026
This policy applies to purchases from Privasto, operated by Heluva Global Media LLC, 1001 S Main St, Ste 600, Kalispell, MT 59901, USA.
1. Temporary numbers
This section applies to temporary numbers, VoIP and non-VoIP alike. You pay for a temporary number only when it receives an SMS.

When you buy, the price is set aside from your balance. It becomes a charge only when the SMS arrives. Whether an SMS arrived is decided by our delivery records.
Right after a purchase, a number may not be cancellable for about a minute. Try again shortly after.
We do not refund an order because the code was not accepted by the website or app, or because the code arrived and was not used.
2. Rental numbers

A rental is delivered when the number appears in your account. We do not refund a rental because a website or app declined the number, or because you no longer need it.
3. Proxy plans

A plan is delivered when its credentials appear in your account. We do not refund a plan because a website blocked an IP address, or because you no longer need it.
4. Balance
Funds added to your balance are not refundable, and the balance cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash.
Where the law requires a refund, we refund the unused part of the funds you added, to the payment method you paid with, less the payment processing fees we were charged.
5. Payment disputes
If something went wrong with a payment, write to us first at support@privasto.com. When a payment is disputed with the bank (chargeback), the account is suspended until the dispute is settled.
